Guy Rouleau is president, top-management officer and cofounder of ERP Connex. He is a career businessman of great expertise in information technologies. His participation in system implementations has enabled him to develop a solid reputation as a result of his interventions. He intervenes regularly among our customers as senior advisor and architect to give them guidance in the use of their enterprise resource planning system.

Mr. Rouleau is also a business partner and a top-management officer at Ulysoft, a specialized in the planning and the management of manpower.

Sylvain Chausse
Vice-President and top-management officer

Sylvain Chausse is Vice-President, top-management officer and cofounder of ERP Connex. He has more than fifteen years of experience in information technologies, including ten exclusively in the field on enterprise resource planning systems. His many interventions with ERP Connex customers have earned Mr. Chausse a good reputation as a PeopleSoft expert who offers solutions that perfectly match an organization's business processes. He intervenes regularly among our customers as senior advisor and architect to direct them in the implementation of enterprise resource planning solutions.

Mr. Chausse is also an Ulysoft business partner, a company specialized in the planning and the management of manpower.

Jacques Hanley
Vice-President of Business Development and top-management officer

Jacques Hanley joined ERP Connex in 2002 as Vice-President of Business Development. He is responsible for sales, marketing and business development.

Mr. Hanley started his career in Information Technology in 1969. He occupied several positions from business programmer to corporate director. In 1983, he joined a software start up company as sales director. The company was very successful and he became general manager. In 1990, he acquired SNI and developed a new ERP solution for small businesses, in the food industry. After merging SNI with Pro-Conseil Informatique in 1994, he joined J. D. Edwards in 1996 and SAP in 1999 as Senior Account Executive, where he achieved sales quota in Canadian Fortune 500.

Mr Hanley is also Vice-President, Sales and Marketing, and a top-management officer at Ulysoft, a company specialized in the planning and the management of manpower.

Serge Labelle
Associate Consultant

Serge Labelle joined ERP Connex at the beginning of 2002 as an associate consultant, after a long career as an independent senior consultant in the field of enterprise resource planning. He has been an information technology specialist since 1983. Since 1996, he is specialized in the PeopleSoft solution implementation and has participated in several major projects in world-class companies. At ERP Connex, he intervenes as project manager, functional architect and senior business analyst.
